Customer satisfaction is important to us! We hope you are 100% happy with all your items purchased from Zoe Hope®. We have a returns policy if this isn't the case.
Zoe Hope® will happily provide a full refund on all full price items under the following conditions:
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:
- Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order.
- All items must be in a saleable condition - Item(s) must be unworn, and returned in it’s original condition.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, other than in the event of them being faulty.
We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment, so please get in touch at email@example.com if you have any questions regarding sizing.
Any items returned outside the 10 day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, will not be accepted for return. Zoe Hope® reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return the item to sender.
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please send through a picture of the item along with your order number and contact details to firstname.lastname@example.org We will then assess the situation and work out the best solution.
The return tracked postage cost is to be covered by the customer.
Once your item is received, we will inspect your items and will notify you that we have received your items. Upon inspection we will notify you on the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will provide the refund via the same payment method of your original payment.
Please Note: We cover all the postage cost for your initial order. When a refund is requested the initial shipping charge ($9.00) will be deducted from your refund.
