About Us

Hello! I’m Debbie, Zoe Hope's mother and the founder of Zoe Hope®.

Zoe Hope®  is all about empowering mothers to feel healthy and active through their pregnancy journey. We offer functional, stylish activewear, pre and post-natal nutrition advice and exercises to support your growing bub and your changing body. But above all, my intention with Zoe Hope®  is to create stillbirth awareness in the hope of reducing stillbirth rates in Australia.

A bit about me

I’m a pocket rocket with varying interests. I got bitten by the travel bug in my late teens and, ever since then, I’ve become an adventure seeker, continually collecting passport stamps and deeply immersing myself in other cultures. 

My passions fuel my constant need to learn new things and mentally and physically challenge myself. I try to balance the bike of life to fit everything, most importantly being a mother to my son Ethan – chasing him around, tickling the ivories together, or simply laughing at his antics completely fills my heart with joy. My son, Noah was born in October 2020 and we couldn't be happier that he is here in our arms. Sharing in life’s adventures is my husband and Zoe’s dad, who continually  supports my life goals. Aside from our son's, we prioritise our health and wellbeing and thrive on keeping fit.

How Zoe Hope® began

Zoe Hope® was created to honour my daughter, Zoe Hope who was sadly born without breath in May 2016 at 41 weeks.

For what would have been an otherwise healthy pregnancy, we were shocked to find out that our darling Zoe's heart stopped beating, three days before induction.  When Zoe was born, she had the cutest cheeks, a little button nose and little locks of curly hair. As it turns out, she was too cute for this world. 

The days, weeks and months that followed Zoe's birth were a blur. Living life heartbroken and questioning "Why?", "Why our Zoe?".  Although I get solace in knowing that our Zoe is at peace, not a day goes by when I don’t think about her.

My mission

In Australia, 6 babies a day are stillborn. This is such a shocking statistic as this rate has not dropped over the last 20 years.

Through honouring my daughter I truly hope we can create stillbirth awareness to expectant mothers  in the hope of reducing stillbirth rates in Australia.
